Black and Red Dragon by redninjacreations Black and Red Dragon by redninjacreations
Wow, I definitely thought I had already uploaded this one. Guess not... ^^; Whoops! I made this one as a commission for a friend, so it's not for sale. I think my favorite part of this one is the red ridges on the back. They're just a nice change from the traditional spikes and look pretty cool as well! There's also a cool white design painted onto the tail, but you can't see it from this angle.

Also, the picture was taken outside, because it's practically impossible for my camera to take pictures of dark objects inside the house.

The work is my own, but I did use :icondragonsandbeasties:'s tutorial when first starting out.

Thanks! ^_^ I tried a different style (ridges instead of spikes), and I really liked how it turned out!

So cool! You use glaze to make it shiny, right? Can I ask what kind you use?

Thanks! It's just sculpey glaze that can be found in pretty much any craft store that sells sculpey. I've heard of using wood varnish too, but I've never tried it. O_o
